When opening the forms, we suggest that you turn on the selection Highlight Fields in the upper right corner of the software. In this case the fields which need to be filled in and calculated are highlighted. It is not visible on a printout.

By moving the mouse to a field that needs to be filled in or calculated, a help menu is provided on the yellow background regarding what is presented in the given field.

If the presented facilities are insufficient, examine the possibilities of the accounting software created by us.

Invoices

An invoice form enables you to make a sales invoice of the goods, product or service or prepare a delivery note for the articles. The necessary calculations are performed automatically.

Cash In and Cash Out records

Cash In record form enables you to draw up a proper record regarding the cash received. Cash Out record form enables you to draw up a proper record regarding outgoing cash.

Business trip

By means of the form, a statement of travel expenses can be prepared with the details of different expenditure categories. All necessary calculations are performed automatically.

Partners’ decision

The form makes it possible to register the partners’ decision on various issues. Details of the partners can be written under the decision.

Warehouse inventory, cash inventory

The form of warehouse inventory act describes the value of goods or products in stock as of a certain date.

The form of cash inventory act describes the cash on hand as of a certain date.

Payroll record

By means of the form, the employees’ payroll records can be prepared. All the calculations are performed automatically, and the form takes into account the tax rates and particular details of the employees.
